” Anytime you’re distracted while driving, you take your eyes and mind off of the road,” says Sergeant Stosberg,” Driving is broken down into three separate tasks: perception, judgement, and reaction.  If you are distracted, one of these could lead to a traffic crash, so we encourage all motorists to put down the cellphone.”
