A Ukrainian citizen, Maksym Shynkarenko, was sentenced on Tuesday to 360 months in prison for his role in a child exploitation enterprise. Skynkarenko operated a child porn website between 2005 and 2008, and had more than 600 subscribers to his website, which was advertised as “Illegal.CP” and “Pedo Heaven.”

The 600-plus subscribers to the child porn site were sentenced in 47 states as well.

Included in the sentencing were six Missouri residents. Ronald Legan of Springfield was sentenced to 70 months, Alan Corkill of Harrisonville was sentenced to 60 months, Tony Lear of Gladstone was sentenced to 78 months, Terry Ingerson of Polo was sentenced to 180 months and Samuel Smith of Platte City was sentenced to 60 months. All five men will serve their sentences in a federal prison without the possibility of parole. The lone Missourian convicted to not be sent to prison was Max Boneta of Columbia, who was sentenced to 5 years’ probation.

The website, which operated from 2005-2008, required subscribers to pay a fee of $79.99 for a 20-day subscription. The website advertised “tons of uncensored forbidden pics . . . forbidden stories, and of course, many videos.”

Shynkarenko will likely be deported to his home country of Ukraine at the completion of his prison term, where US District Judge William H. Walls says he will be required to register as a sex offender and serve supervised probation for the remainder of his life.
