In a move supporters praised as a step toward addressing the problems of voter fraud in the state, the Senate approved a measure Thursday that would require photo IDs to vote.  The final vote, 26-7, was favored by Republicans.  In Friday morning’s newsmaker we will speak with Senator Bill Stouffer.  Stouffer says he’s optimistic about the measure’s future.
