RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. – A man sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to selling drugs to an informant, is facing revocation of that probation.

Coby Durham, 43, of Moberly admitted to selling a half gram of methamphetamine to an agent for the North Missouri Drug Task Force in 2018. Given five years probation, after an eight year prison sentence was suspended, court documents claim Durham has violated the conditions of his probation.

A probation status hearing will be held at 9 a.m. today, February 19, 2020.
