RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — Charges have been filed against a man from Moberly stemming from an incident in November.
According to a probable cause statement, officers were dispatched to an alleged domestic assault in progress on Nov. 13. Upon arrival, law enforcement found Nathan A. Gallagher, 19 and the victim inside the residence.
Gallagher allegedly told police he only pushed the victim, while the victim said he choked and hit her in the face.
Gallagher was arrested and faces formal charges of felony burglary in the first degree and felony domestic assault in the second degree.
He is currently in custody at Randolph County Jail on $20,000 bond.
