RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — Felony charges are being considered for a man and woman arrested in Randolph County early Monday morning.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 38-year-old Moberly resident Timothy R. Coonce and 38-year-old Tabitha S. Bivins, also of Moberly, were detained around 5:55 a.m. Monday in Randolph County on drug allegations.
Both face preliminary charges for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Coonce faces a single felony count for keeping or maintaining a public nuisance.
Coonce and Bivins were taken to the Randolph County Jail where they were eligible for bond. Formal charges are currently pending.
