According to the news release from the Sheriff’s Office, Elizabeth L. Ashburn, 29, was served warrants alleging she failed to appear on charges of manufacturing, distributing or possessing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and two counts of tampering with a vehicle in the first degree.
