The start of June has road crews working various projects.
In Pettis County road crews will reduce lanes on Route U at Flat Creek in both directions for bridge reconstruction. This will impact traffic through August first of this year. On Route B in Pettis, crew will be doing culvert replacement starting Thursday from Highway 65 to Templeton Road.
In Johnson County crews will perform utility work at the railroad crossing on Route FF just north of Highway 50, east of Knob Noster, Tuesday through Wednesday. Also in Johnson crews will conduct intersection improvement at Highway 50 and Route 58.

Also in Carroll County several routes will have crews working on pothole patching and spraying along various routes. In Linn and Livingston Counties crews will also be pothole patching and striping on various routes.
Be on the lookout for mowing, patching, and other maintenance crews throughout the state, these are slow moving operations along the side of the road, so be prepared to slow down or stop, especially on hills and curves.
