FAIRWAY, Ks.— Sources say, family members of Nicholas and Justin Diemel filed a wrongful death lawsuit against multiple parties recently.
Most notably , Tomme Feil, the mother of the man accused of killing the Diemel brothers. Feil owns the cattle company, J4s, that her son, Garland “Joey” Nelson operated. The lawsuit claims Feil and J4s created a risk to others by allowing Nelson to continue operating despite his previous conviction for defrauding cattle farmers. The brothers went missing in July 20-19 after meeting with Nelson about money he owed them.
