RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A motion to amend bond is scheduled today (Fri), for a woman facing numerous child abuse charges in Ray County.
At a hearing in December, the attorney for Tiffany M. Gorham, 29, of Lawson, asked the court to reduce the $50,000 cash or surety bond, with condition she have no contact with the victim. Gorham and her husband, Joseph M. Gorham were charged with 26 counts of felony child abuse after an eight year old victim accused them of years of physical and mental abuse. The motion hearing begins at 9:00 a.m. this morning.
A preliminary hearing is also on the docket for March the 16th at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
