CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — According to a release from the Chillicothe Police Department, an extensive narcotics investigation resulted in 30 Livingston County arrest warrants and the seizure of narcotics.
Today, June 29, 2017, the Chillicothe Police Department conducted an operation that resulted in the issuance of arrest warrants and arrests of several individuals on drug charges. The charges were a direct result of the narcotics investigation conducted.
As a result 19 individuals were issued Livingston County arrest warrants stemming from the ongoing investigation and are facing a range of charges including distribution, possession, and delivery of controlled substances.
During the warrant arrest three subjects were arrested after criminal activity was discovered by arresting officers. All three are being held pending formal charges.
Four other subjects are actively being sought for issued arrest warrants:
Tehya Kelly, 19, Chillicothe- Livingston County warrant for probation violation of distribution of a controlled substance on no bond.
Lloyd Swift, 48, Chillicothe- Livingston County warrant for probation violation on original charge of DWI-person less than 17 yoa in vehicle with a $1,000 bond.
Travis Anderson, 35, Chillicothe- 2 counts of stealing a controlled substance and a parole violation for dangerous drugs.
Jared Livengood, 30, Chillicothe- 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance on a $15,000 bond.
Formal charges and court dates are pending for the alleged suspects. Results of the investigation are merely allegations.
