LINN COUNTY, Mo. — A Brookfield resident is facing multiple felonies in Linn County.
According to a probable cause statement, police responded to a possible domestic violence report Friday night. Casey Wayne Allen, 22, allegedly wrecked a vehicle after being charged with a DWI earlier in the night.
Allen was later picked up from the station by a female driver. While driving, Allen allegedly became confrontational with the driver, forcing her to fear for her life. Police were able to locate them after the victim called 911.
Allen is formally charged with felony kidnapping in the second degree, felony stealing, felony domestic assault in the third degree and felony armed criminal action.
Allen is currently bonded out of custody.
