CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo. – After being arraigned and denied a bond Monday, the suspect in the missing Wisconsin brothers case is due back in court today.

Garland Joseph Nelson, 25, of Braymer is charged in Caldwell County with felony tampering with a vehicle in the first degree. Nelson is accused of abandoning the Diemel brothers rental truck at a commuter lot near Cameron.

The court will once again hear arguments on the defendants request for bond. The hearing is at 10:00 a.m. this morning.
