CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. – A drunk driving case involving a fatality has been turned over to a new judge in Carroll County.
On Tuesday, Dustin M. Goodale, 30, of Carrollton, appeared with his attorney to answer charges of felony driving while intoxicated resulting in death and misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. A vehicle driven by Goodale, traveled off a rural road southeast of Carrollton last July, reportedly causing the death of Andrew Waters, 28, of Carrollton.
By request, the case has been assigned to the Honorable Judge Lori Baskins and is continued to July 19, 2019 for a 9:00 a.m. docket call.
