JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas . . . The holiday season is here and throughout December, friends, co-workers and loved ones will all exchange gifts as a show of appreciation and affection.
In Tuesday’s Newsmaker, KMZU’s Brian Lock was joined by Londa Wake, Food Safety Specialist with the University of Missouri Extension, to discuss some dos and don’ts for giving and receiving food as a gift during the holiday season to ensure food safety standards are always followed.
