CHARITON COUNTY, Mo. – The attorney for a former Northwest High School teacher accused of misconduct with a student is asking the court for a bond reduction.

Attorney Anthony Bologna filed the motion Tuesday, on behalf of Blair Bruner, 26, of Marceline. Bruner was charged with felony sexual contact with a student after a high school senior admitted to being inappropriately touched and receiving topless snapchat photos.

Blair is being held on a $10,000 cash only bond. A court date in Chariton County has not yet been listed.
