The Concordia Board of Aldermen decided to crack down on property owners with high grass and weeds Monday night at their meeting.

Klussman says the cost for labor will be $60 per hour unless manpower alone cannot solve the problem then the cost will be $100 per hour.
He says if grass is higher than eight inches then the police will become involved and then a hearing will be scheduled. The board also discussed drainage lines and city insurance.
