Vernon Leroy Doak, Jr., 76, of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 S. St., Lexington, MO, 64067, 660-259-2245.
