The Board of Alderman for the City of Odessa will meet in regular session Monday evening at the community building. The agenda will include regular business and a second reading of an ordinance establishing regulations for abandoned building sewers. Alderman will also discuss the 2012 fiscal year audit report, capital projects and financial updates as well as Resolution 2013-03; establishing the utility budget billing payment policy for the city and more. That meeting gets underway at 7 p.m. and a closed session may be called at conclusion of the agenda.
