KANSAS CITY, Mo – Sentence has been handed down in a federal case of child pornography against an Odessa man.
The Missouri Western District of the U.S. Justice Department released a statement Wednesday, March 9, 2016, saying Anthony O. Terry, 37, faces a prison sentence of 15 years, in addition to a lifetime of supervised release to follow.
Terry pleaded guilty September, 2014 to two counts of attempting to receive child pornography.
An investigation revealed two videos and roughly 300 images of underage girls on computers owned by Terry.
Consideration of certain court documents was taken into account in the decision, which included allegations of sexual abuse toward Terry’s children. His parental rights were also revoked.
