The Odessa Board of Aldermen will meet in regular session on Monday. Click to hear KMZU’s Kristie Cross talk to city administrator Jon Holmes:
One of the primary items on the agenda is the waste water treatment plant. “We passed the bond issue several months back for about $25 million, so we do have the funds,” said Holmes,” The big thing is that these type of projects require everything to go through the Department of Natural Resources. Before we do any of the bonding, we have to start getting a plan together for what we’re going to do.”
The board will also hear a second reading of the ordinance to pass the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The meeting is schedule for 7:00 p.m. in the Odessa Community Building.
