One of three Bates City men charged in an alleged road rage incident remains at large this afternoon while another has posted a cash-only bond. According to the probable cause statement, Martin Burro, 61, and his two sons Martin Burrow II, 29, and Steven Burrow, 21, were charged last week after they confronted a man over the incident. The three men reportedly hit the victim with a shovel, a fence t-post, and a two foot metal bar.
Martin Burrow and Steven Burrow were taken into custody immediately following the incident while Martin Burrow II left the scene and has not been located at this time. According to online court records, Martin Burrow posted the $100,000 cash-only bond last week and has been released from custody. Steven Burrow is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, September 17th.
