A one-vehicle crash in Kansas City resulted in death for the driver Sunday morning. According to a release from the Kansas City Police Department, “a red Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling west on Blue Parkway at a high rate of speed. The driver lost control, struck at curb on the left side of the roadway, causing the vehicle to flip and land on its driver’s side.” The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown to the rear of his vehicle. The driver was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
