DEKALB COUNTY, Mo. — A King City man was injured in a Dekalb County one-vehicle accident Monday morning. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Robert L. Cleveland, 59, was driving on U.S. Route 169, 3 miles north of Union Star, when his vehicle crossed over the center line and went off the south side of the roadway before striking an embankment and tree before reentering the roadway. The accident occurred around 9:35 a.m. Monday. Cleveland was transported by Grand River Ambulance to Mosaic in St. Joseph for treatment of moderate injuries.
