COOPER COUNTY, Mo. – Two Kansas City women were incarcerated in Cooper County Wednesday afternoon for out of county warrants.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Mikaysha C. Edwards, 27, and Stacy D. Edwards, 51, are being held until they can post bond on the charges. Mikaysha Edwards had a misdemeanor traffic warrant out of Jefferson City. During her arrest, she was alleged to have been in possession of ecstasy and marijuana as well. Stacy Edwards was wanted by Lafayette County for failing to appear on a traffic violation.
