JEFFERSON CITY —  Gov. Mike Parson will join the governors of Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 8, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to follow-up on Missouri River issues and  the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. They are expected to give a brief press conference later at the city’s police department.

This will be at least the fourth meeting of the governors.  Previously, they signed a four-state agreement to cooperate on flood control and the Corps of Engineers. Parson is scheduled to go to Rock Port earlier today to tour a major levee and talk with farmers.
