PETTIS COUNTY, Mo. — A former administrator for the Pettis County Ambulance District will be arraigned in a Pettis County court room Monday afternoon.
Michael Gardner, 61, is accused of stealing more than $25,000 from the Ambulance District with an alleged accomplice, Tracy Rank, 55. Rank was the Human Resources Director for the district when the pair was arrested earlier this Spring.
He is charged with 46 counts of forgery for allegedly falsifying signatures of District Board members on more than 45 separate checks totaling nearly $27,000. He faces an additional charge for stealing more than $25,000.
Gardner will appear in a Sedalia court room at 1:30 p.m. Monday for an arraignment hearing.
