PETTIS COUNTY, Mo. — A press release from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office reports that the remains found southeast of Sedalia are of a Caucasian male, approximately 35-45 years of age.
The Pettis County Coroner, Robert “Skip” Smith, received the initial findings from the Boone County Medical Examiner’s Office the evening of Saturday, October 27.
Authorities are currently gathering information on local and area missing persons in an attempt to positively identify the man.
