The pipe is being transported from Henrietta to a staging area in Concordia. Hoflander said there is concern about damage to the roads during construction, but they are working it out with Enbridge, Inc. Construction is expected to begin toward the end of the summer. About 13 miles of pipeline will be layed in Lafayette County.
