An invasive plant workshop is being offered by the Missouri Department of Conservation on Thursday evening.  Click to hear KMZU’s Chelsea Wade talk to Private Land Conservationist Steve Hoel:

Steve Hoel

“It’s basically aimed at helping landowners of all sorts to identity and control different invasive species that we have moving into Missouri that are becoming more and more prevalent,”said Hoel,”A variety of plants have become more and more of a problem across the landscape so I’m working with landowners to identify and look for ways to control these species.”

The workshop will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Trails Regional Library in Warrensburg.
