PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. — A motion hearing scheduled at 9:00 a.m. Thursday for a man accused in the murder of four family members in Platte County has been continued.

Grayden Lane Denham, 25, of Edgerton, Mo., is charged with the murder of four family members back in February of 2016.

Several motions are pending in the case against 27-year-old Grayden Lane Denham, of Edgerton.

Firefighters found the charred bodies of Russell and Shirley Dehnam, their 32-year-old grandaughter Heather Ager, her three-month-old son Mason Schlavoni and the family dog during a fire at their home near Edgerton in February of 2016.

Denham is charged with four counts each of first degree murder and armed criminal action. He also faces charges of felony arson, tampering with physical evidence, stealing a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor count of animal abuse.

A new hearing has been scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on November 29.
