COLUMBIA, Mo. – Columbia Police have identified the victim in Sunday’s deadly shooting.

Officers responded to the 1800 block of Kathy Drive Sunday, November 20, 2016, at 3:17 p.m. and found Kevin Robert Hollins, 45, dead at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.

Two other people were found at the scene and were immediately taken in for questioning.

One of the people, Monique Parra, 38, was later arrested after admitting to helping pull the trigger that caused Hollins’ death.

Parra has been charged with second degree murder with bond requested at $250,000 cash only.
