A Warrensburg bank was allegedly robbed Saturday, now police are searching for the suspect.
According to investigators, the suspect entered the First Community Bank in the 600 block of North Maguire Street Saturday shortly before noon and demanded money.
He fled the scene in a white Ford F-150 with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Authorities believe the robbery may have been “perpetrated by the same suspect that robbed a bank in Sedalia recently.”
There is no word yet on whether the suspect is wanted in connection to an incident in Norborne.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s, 6′ to 6’2″ tall, approximately 240-250 pounds.
He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a dark blue shirt, and baseball cap.
The case is being investigated by Warrensburg Police Department, the Johnson County Sheriffs Department, and the FBI.
