The Polo Board of Aldermen is scheduled to meet Wednesday at seven. Click to hear KMZU’s Chelsea Pounds speak with City Clerk Constance Cook.
Cook said there is a light agenda. “I have a lady coming by the naming of Claudia James. She is selling Aflac and wanted to talk to the board.” She added, “We will get the financial report. I’m not sure what’s on it, but usually the accountant tells me if there is anything exciting.”
Cook said the Street Board may recommend bids for a maintenance project. “Gary Brennecka is working on patching holes. He is supposed to let us know how many streets we may need to let out bids for chip and seal.”
The board will review all reports before adjourning. There are no items in new or old business.
