A traffic stop in Pettis Co. landed a Sedalia man in jail August 17th which may put him behind bars for a previous conviction.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Malcolm Briscoe, 22, was arrested on a felony warrant for allegedly violating an order of protection. Briscoe also had another warrant for failing to appear in court, as well as a second felony warrant for probation violation, related to aggravated assault.
Briscoe is scheduled for a hearing Tuesday morning in Pettis Co. Jail after his probation was revoked. He will go before the judge at 1:30 p.m.
