CARROLL COUNTY, Mo – A Carrollton resident is facing drug charges after being reported by the postal service.
According to the Carrollton Police Department, police were notified on Tuesday, October 8 of mail containing loose pills by the United States Postal Service. Police responded to the residence on North Jefferson Street in Carrollton, where Francine Marlene Pittard, 49, lives. Pittard admitted to placing five Hydrocodone pills into the envelope in the mailbox for pick up.
Pittard is facing a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
