Local, state, and federal law enforcement in Missouri and Kansas participated in a series of searches of residences in both states Wednesday, targeting indoor marijuana growing operations.  Dubbed “Operation Constant Gardener,” police took down 14 such operations, with a total of 677 marijuana plants seized in the raids, along with 5-thousand dollars worth of property and weapons.  14 people were arrested in the cooperative effort between the Missouri Highway Patrol, DEA, FBI, and local agencies, including sheriff’s departments in Lafayette and Clay counties.
