RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. – A pre-trial conference has been scheduled for today, February 10, 2016, in Randolph County.
Angelica Benitez, 24, of Moberly, will appear with her attorney at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. A trial date is expected to be set on charges resulting from Benitez allegedly running into her victim with a car then stabbing her several times in March of 2015.
Benitez is charged with two class A felony assaults in the first degree, felony armed criminal action and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
