RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. – A Salisbury man has been bound over to Circuit Court in Randolph County, after waiving a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning.

According to casenet, an arraignment in Circuit Court for Jacob Scott Wilhelm, 28, has not yet been scheduled. Wilhelm is charged with a single felony count of distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location.

Authorities allege that Wilhelm sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer with the North Missouri Drug Task Force, near the Moberly Head Start and Daycare, in October of 2017.
