RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Lexington woman waived her preliminary hearing Tuesday, June 4, on drug charges filed in Ray County.
Nasacha Johnson, 21, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Joseph Robinson, 19, stopped for speeding in September of 2018. Officers searched the vehicle after detecting the odor of marijuana and found approximately 90 grams of marijuana and a cocked and loaded handgun. Johnson was bound over to circuit court for felony delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
The arraignment in circuit court will be the morning of August 7, 2019.
