RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A hearing is scheduled today for a Richmond man accused of violating the terms of his probation on drug related charges.
Joseph D. Grieme, 18, pleaded guilty in September of 2018 on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child with drugs and a misdemeanor count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Grieme was ordered to pay a fine for the misdemeanor but sentences on the felonies were suspended with five years probation imposed.
Grieme is scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon, for a probation violation hearing in a Ray County Courtroom.
