Probation was revoked for an Odessa man this week. According to online court documents, Brian Barnes, 19, was granted suspended execution of sentences in three cases with charges that included assault/operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of tampering with a motor vehicle.

A probation violation report was filed last month by Prosecutor Kristen Ellis.

Barnes will now serve his original sentence of five years in the Department of Corrections in each of the three cases to be served concurrently.
