The Wednesday morning docket includes two individuals back in court for probation violation hearings.
Amy Lea Roberts, 26, of Excelsior Springs, pleaded guilty to multiple counts of stealing a controlled substance in September of 2012 following her arrest for the crimes in November of 2010.
Roberts was ordered to serve 5 years supervised probation. On June 19th of this year court records indicate the county prosecutor filed a probation revocation motion.
Roberts will go before Judge Miller at 9 a.m.
The second hearing is for Troy J. Doss, 20, of Hardin.
Doss was arrested in late 2011 after his vehicle slammed into the Hardin City Hall and Doss fled the scene. He pleaded guilty to DWI, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of an accident this past April.
In mid-June the county prosecutor moved to revoke his five years of supervised probation. He is also slated for a 9 a.m. appearance before Judge Miller.
