Plea or trial setting scheduled in case of burned railroad bridge in Livingston County
LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. — A Livingston County court event Tuesday morning will entertain a plea or trial setting in a felony property damage case.
Court documents list the hearing for James Haight, 19, who is one of three defendants charged with setting fire to a railroad bridge in Livingston County.
Haight is charged with knowingly burning or exploding, and first degree property damage.
The hearing is at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Livingston County.
