RAY COUNTY, Mo. – At an initial arraignment Tuesday in Ray County, a woman held on fraud charges entered a not guilty plea.
Kara P. Crow, 20, of Richmond was charged with felony fraudulent use of a credit device and stealing $750 or more in January of this year. The public defender was in court on Crow’s behalf and waived the reading of the charges. Crow made application and qualified for the representation of the public defender.
The case was continued to May 21st for docket call.
