The City Engineer did a study of the drainage basin in the downtown area with the intention to find out how to get water out of that area. He will deliver his preliminary report Monday evening. The Board will start off the evening with a public hearing regarding a small increase in property tax rates. That starts at 7:00 p.m. and the regular meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m.
