The Odessa Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing during tonight’s (Mon) meeting that will focus on a state revolving fund loan for the new waste water treatment plant.  Discussion will include the facility plan, user charges, and environmental effects.  Other items on the regular agenda include a presentation from the Chamber of Commerce on the Christmas lighting ceremony, recognition of city employee Paul Conway’s 20 years of service, and an informational update from the planning and codes department.  The session will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Dyer Park Community Building.
