RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Richmond, Mo. resident led highway patrolmen on a high speed pursuit before eventually being taken into custody Thursday night and charged with numerous violations.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Dana L. Wrisinger, 42, is facing allegations of felony resisting arrest, careless and imprudent driving and speeding.
Wrisinger is also accused of littering, running a stop sign, failing to signal, and a lane violation, and is also wanted on a warrant out of Ray County and the Richmond Police Department, reportedly for a hit and run.
The pursuit ended just before midnight. A probable cause statement from Ray County has been requested but was unavailable at the time of this report.
Wrisinger was transported to the Ray County Jail for a 24 hour investigation pending formal charges.
The highway patrol report lists Wrisinger as male, but online court records only exist for a female from Richmond with the same birth year, first name and middle initial.
