RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — A resident of Auxvasse  was taken to jail after his arrest in Randolph County early Sunday morning.

Cody Beeler, 31, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol’s arrest report. He was preliminarily charged with a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Additionally, he was suspected of two counts of felony possession of contraband in a correctional facility.

Beeler was taken to Randolph County Jail, where he was listed as bondable.

Formal charges and future court dates are currently pending.
