RAY AND CARROLL COUNTIES, Mo. – 8th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Walden announced today, May 27, Ray and Carroll county courtrooms will go into Phase II of its restrictions, now allowing up to 25 persons in court, starting May 30.
Strict social distancing will be observed, and those entering court will be required to use provided hand sanitizer. The order still doesn’t allow people who are at the highest-risk of being infected with Covid-19 to participate in person. Those individuals can participate by phone or video conference. Anyone who has had Covid-19 or its symptoms are also now allowed in the courtroom.
